Mi Vida Española specializes in real estate brokerage, particularly in the provinces of Castellón and Valencia. We work closely with our colleagues in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
The climate is pleasant, with warm summers. The provinces are all located on the coast, but there are also gems to be found inland. The infrastructure here is excellent. The city of Valencia is incredibly beautiful, as are the towns of Peniscola and Benicasim and, further south, the famous Javea and Altea.
Life here is still considerably cheaper, in terms of living expenses as well as houses and land.

Mi vida Española is a dedicated organization with a team of professional staff. We assist our clients in the purchasing process when buying a house or land in Spain. We inform our clients about Spanish regulations.
We offer assistance—particularly to interested parties from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England, and France—in purchasing real estate, finding legal advice, and locating architects in Spain.
One of our Spanish owners has more than 35 years of experience in the purchasing process.
We speak: Spanish, English, German, French, and Dutch.
Depending on your financial situation, we can offer 100% financing for your property.
Extensive search
Of course, we will also search for the right home for you. You play the biggest role in this, because you know best what you want. If you would like us to do more, we can expand this search function and take it over for you.
Legal Support
Want to know whether your future home has been legalized and whether there are any outstanding debts? We work with lawyers who specialize in these areas to ensure a purchase process without disappointments.
Architect
What is the structural condition of the house you are interested in?We work with architects and structural engineers who know the area and the houses.

Insurance
It is useful to take out insurance for your home and living in Spain. For example, insurance against fire, water damage, or theft.
We can help you arrange various types of insurance in preparation for your purchase of a home in Spain.
Financial Advice
If you need a mortgage to purchase your home or plot of land, these rules apply.
As a non-resident, you can obtain maximum financing of up to 70% of the purchase price or appraised value. The maximum term is 25 years, with a maximum age of approximately 75 years.
Mortgage type: annuity mortgage
Required documents: ID/NIE, pay slips or income tax return, bank statements, employer's statement, BKR
The buyer's costs are on average 13-15% (depending on the region and type of property).
Renovate
Are you planning to build or renovate? Different rules apply in Spain. For example, the regulations and rules for renovations are slightly different. We also have an extensive database of trusted professionals, many of whom speak your language.

Would you like to give your new interior a boost or change it completely?
Or would you like to upgrade your garden or have one landscaped? Or have a swimming pool built?
We work with stylists and gardeners who specialize in this field. They also know where to order furniture. They know which garden centers are nearby and can purchase or order items for you.
