Mi Vida Española specializes in real estate brokerage, particularly in the provinces of Castellón and Valencia. We work closely with our colleagues in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
The climate is pleasant, with warm summers. The provinces are all located on the coast, but there are also gems to be found inland. The infrastructure here is excellent. The city of Valencia is incredibly beautiful, as are the towns of Peniscola and Benicasim and, further south, the famous Javea and Altea.
Life here is still considerably cheaper, in terms of living expenses as well as houses and land.

We have a solid network of professionals in the fields of architecture, financial advice, construction and renovation, insurance, legal advice, etc.

About us

Mi vida Española is a dedicated organization with a team of professional staff. We assist our clients in the purchasing process when buying a house or land in Spain. We inform our clients about Spanish regulations.

We offer assistance—particularly to interested parties from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England, and France—in purchasing real estate, finding legal advice, and locating architects in Spain.

One of our Spanish owners has more than 35 years of experience in the purchasing process.

We speak: Spanish, English, German, French, and Dutch.

Architect

Wat is de bouwkundige staat van het huis dat jullie interesseert?
Wij werken samen met architecten en bouwkundigen die de omgeving en de huizen kennen. Zij kunnen jullie op voorhand informeren over wat je te wachten staat.

Insurance

Het is handig voor jouw huis en het wonen in Spanje verzekeringen af te sluiten. Zoals bijvoorbeeld ook een verzekering af op het gebied van brand, waterschade of diefstal.

Wij kunnen jullie helpen als voorbereiding voor je aankoop van een huis in Spanje diverse verzekeringen te regelen.

Financional Advice

Heb je voor de aankoop van je huis of grondstuk een hypotheek nodig dan gelden deze regels.
Als niet resident zijnde, kun je een maximale financiering krijgen tot 70% van de koop- of taxatie waarde. De looptijd is maximaal 25 jaar, eindleeftijd ca. 75 jaar
Hypotheektype: annuïteitenhypotheek
De vereiste documenten: ID/NIE, loonstroken of IB, bankafschriften, werkgeversverklaring, BKR
De kosten koper zijn gemiddeld 13 – 15% (afhankelijk van regio en type woning)

Renovate

Are you planning to build or renovate? Different rules apply in Spain. For example, the regulations and rules for renovations are slightly different. We also have an extensive database of trusted professionals, many of whom speak your language.

Interior /Styling

Would you like to give your new interior a boost or change it completely?
Or would you like to upgrade your garden or have one landscaped? Or have a swimming pool built?
We work with stylists and gardeners who specialize in this field. They also know where to order furniture. They know which garden centers are nearby and can purchase or order items for you.
